You can reserve your date with a 15% non-refundable deposit along with a signed booking form. The remaining balance is due on your wedding day. We confirm your booking only after both the form and deposit are received. Next, we’ll send a confirmation and begin planning your coverage.
We offer hourly packages for 5, 8, 10, or 12 hours, with 5 hours being the minimum booking. Choose what fits your wedding day timeline. Each package includes edited images or videos, and optional add-ons like drone coverage (subject to weather and availability) and second shooters.
Yes! We specialize in Indian and South Asian multi‑day weddings, including events like Mehndi, Sangeet, and more. Our team adapts to your itinerary and offers flexible hourly packages across days.
We blend candid, documentary-style coverage with lightly posed portraits that reflect your true emotions and storytelling aesthetic We shoot primarily digital using professional-grade gear with backup equipment on‑site in case of unforeseen issues ensuring your images are safely captured and supported.
Yes, we offer second shooters with our packages to capture multiple angles, distill guest reactions, and be extra present during pre‑ceremony and group shots. We highly recommend them for weddings with more than 150 guests or multiple locations
The quantity varies by hours booked and wedding size, but you can expect approximately 500+ edited photos for a 5–10 hour wedding, and more for longer coverage. Video includes a 4–5 min cinematic highlight film and a long-form documentary-style video with speeches, ceremonies, and key moments.
Turnaround time is about 1.5 months for photos and 2–2.5 months for videos, depending on the wedding season. Expect occasional minor variations during busy months, but we’ll keep you informed throughout.
We recommend monitoring the weather a few days in advance and securing a backup indoor venue, such as a venue hall or studio. Drone footage is offered subject to weather, availability, and venue permissions. Drones cannot fly in rain, heavy wind, or no‑fly zones like airports or restricted downtown areas.
Yes, we carry full liability insurance. If your venue requires the insurance certificate with their name included, we can provide it for an $80 fee. Please inform us early so we can arrange it in time.
We uphold a professional and respectful environment. If a guest disrupts our coverage, we follow a three-strike policy, which may result in immediate cessation of service. In such cases, the total fee remains retained. Your support in managing disruptions helps us stay focused on your day.
Please submit your song choices before the wedding, so we can understand the tone you envision. Final music selections must be sent no later than 2 days after the event. We will not begin editing until we have received your choice.
You have 1 full year to download your final gallery and videos. We also maintain a backup for that duration. After one year, we cannot guarantee file availability. Please back up your files on different devices or cloud services.
We prefer not to provide RAW or unedited files, as they don’t represent our final professional quality. However, RAW files are available upon request for $1,000. This includes all usable original photo files without edits.
Only with your permission. We love to feature real weddings in our portfolio and on Instagram. Couples who opt in enjoy perks like extended gallery access, extra edits, and bonus backup time.
The highlight film is a 4–5 minute cinematic recap, perfect for sharing with friends and family. The long video includes full speeches, ceremonies, dances, and other key moments in chronological order.
We suggest reserving your date as early as possible—popular dates often book 12+ months in advance. We do not hold dates provisionally without a signed contract and deposit.
Yes! We offer engagement and bridal portrait sessions to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera, try different outfits, and capture special moments pre‑wedding
If we are working for more than 4 continuous hours, please provide a meal for our team. If no meal is provided by the venue, inform us in advance so we can make arrangements. This ensures we stay energized and focused throughout your day.
